From a one-time health solution to a lifelong health partner for women

Wisp is a telehealth platform offering fast, discreet, judgment-free care for women. When they came to SMAKK, despite offering a broad range of health services, the market still saw them as a quick fix. A solution for one specific, often sexual health focused problem. Not a brand women would think of across their entire health journey. As they continued to add new offerings, they needed their brand to grow as well.

The opportunity wasn’t just to modernize the look. It was to fundamentally shift how women perceived their relationship with Wisp, from a one-time solve to a long-term health partner. A woman’s health journey isn’t linear, and her care shouldn’t be either. Wisp needed to show up as the brand that could meet her at every turn, not just the one she called in a moment of urgency.

We repositioned Wisp around the full arc of women’s health. Rather than leading with what Wisp treats, we built the brand around who Wisp is to women over time: a constant. Accessible, clinical, and human all at once.
To bring this to life at scale, we developed a visual identity and campaign platform flexible enough to stretch across every touchpoint of a full women’s health company, while bold enough to own a category that has historically played it safe. The result was “We Got You”, a campaign built not around a single condition, but around a promise. Whatever your body throws at you, in whatever season of life you’re in, Wisp is already there.

The result is a brand that finally matches the ambition behind the business. Wisp moves from a category-specific fix to a platform women can build their health around, setting the foundation for long-term loyalty, growth, and leadership in women’s telehealth.
