Rockport, the adidas-owned fashion shoe brand, brought SMAKK Studios onboard in Spring 2012 to revitalize their global marketing presence and better reach a sophisticated, metropolitan consumer.
In this ongoing, high-volume creative engagement with Rockport’s global marketing team, SMAKK provides art direction, web design and development services, email and digital marketing deliverables, and brand guidelines on an ongoing basis. We approach the launch of each new shoe collection as an opportunity to create a powerful story that connects with consumers on an emotional level and calls out the features and benefits that make Rockport shoes unique. We’ve created digital campaigns for collections for the past 4 years across the email marketing, landing pages, digital ads and the ecommerce site itself.
The Waterproof Collection
Since we started our engagement, Rockport has experienced a 30% growth in ecommerce sales year over year. Their customer base has largely expanded in metropolitan regions and their brand has become more relevant than ever amongst urban professionals. In the coming year, they are expecting increased growth.
