About the position:
You’d be a key point of contact for both the client and the project team, critical to the success of our marketing engagements – working with the CMO, Creative Team, Ecommerce Team and CEO to develop strategy and ensure the execution on all deliverables meets agency standards.
A background in account management and digital marketing for branding and marketing clients in the CPG space with a focus on beauty, wellness, and consumer lifestyle is preferred. We’re looking for someone proactive, energetic and driven, with a proven track record of success launching brands and managing marketing campaigns.
In this role you would be:
Responsible for developing and managing the project plans and project teams to execute on scopes of work for branding and digital marketing
Oversee and plan project schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
Work with project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
Schedule and lead internal and external meetings and check-ins
Maintain great client communications including meeting agendas, recaps & status updates, revision requests and more, trafficking communications to appropriate agency and client contacts
Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
Plan and create strategy and content for social media channels, and collaborate with agency team as needed
Manage pre-production, production, and post for video and photoshoots
Prepare performance reports on marketing activities, measure social analytics, email marketing analytics, ecommerce performance, influencer engagements, and proactively suggest strategies for growth and success
Plan and execute email marketing, and collaborate with agency team
Q/A and proof agency digital work for accuracy, errors, and client requests before it is published and/or released to client
Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback

Maintain your industry knowledge with ongoing brand and marketing trendspotting
Brand positioning research for clients - assist with strategy / creative briefs
